Fremde Orte – the vision
Im November 2009 reist die internationale Kunst- und Kulturszene an ‘Fremde Orte’. Publikum, Künstler, Musik und Architektur finden für drei Abende zu Neuem zusammen. Im Berliner Radialsystem wird die Musik Joseph Haydns, Claude Viviers, Iannis Xenakis und Jennifer Walshes als körperliches Erlebnis erfahrbar werden.
Anna Kubelík (Inszenierung & Bühnenbild) erarbeitet für ‘Fremde Orte’ ein Gesamtkunstwerk. Das Solistenensemble Kaleidoskop wird neue und alte Musik unter einer gefalteten, von Origami inspirierten Konstruktion spielen.
In November 2009 the international arts scene will travel to ‘Estranged Places’ (Fremde Orte). For three consecutive nights, the relationship between audience, artist, music and architecture will reach new dimensions. The Radialsystem, Berlin, will become a physical experience through music by Joseph Haydn, Claude Vivier, Iannis Xenakis and Jennifer Walshe.
Anna Kubelík (staging & stage set) will create ‘Estranged Places’ through a synthesis of the arts. The solo ensemble ‘Kaleidoscope’ will be playing old and new music positioned under an enormous structure, which has been inspired by the ancient art of Origami and which links composers with their music, their life and their performers.

Wogenbogen
Konzept – Concept
Wogenbogen ist eine Installation am Strand, die auf dem Mechanismus eines Saiteninstruments basiert. Arme strecken in die Wellen hinaus. Durch einkommende Wellen werden die Arme in Bewegung gesetzt, die wiederum Bögen in Schwingung bringen. Diese Bögen spielen auf Saiten, die an einem begehbaren Resonanzkörper befestigt sind.
Wogenbogen is an installation based on the mechanisms if a string instrument. Arms reach out into the sea. The arms are triggered by the movement of the waves. These arms are connected to bows, that play strings within a life-size resonance space.
